Cutting Edge Optronics (CEO) set several production records in February across multiple product lines.
“February was a tremendous month for us. We had a record month in our DPSS gain module production area, as well as our laser diode array production area,” said Scott Mize, Chief Operating Officer. “Our workforce really came together to respond to the increased demand we are seeing across the board.”
CEO does business worldwide in a wide range of industrial and scientific markets. Laser Diode Arrays form the backbone of CEO’s product portfolio, both as stand-alone units offered for direct sale and as the optical pump sources for CEO’s line of DPSS amplifiers.
The recently-announced 30mm Nd:YAG gain modules continue the company’s reach into high-energy markets worldwide. According to Chief Technology Officer Ryan Feeler, “CEO has seen a large increase in its high-energy laser business over the past 12 months as these products continue the progression from scientific tool to industrial workhorse.”
