The H Package long pulse laser diode array is designed specifically for direct diode applications (e.g. hair removal and plastic welding), and is offered in two dimensional configurations with long pulse operation from 0.5ms to 300ms at up to 150 Watts per bar operation. The standard package is offered in 8-bar, 10-bar and 12-bar vertical stacks (custom options available upon request).
The small and compact design is cooled by Non-Deionized standard filtered water, making installation and maintenance more cost and time efficient. The package is assembled with AuSn solder and expansion matched materials for a more robust assembly that promotes increased reliability.
